1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Dream Of Dreams LLC ("Dream of Dreams," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of dreamofdreams.com, the Dream of Dreams Community, and related pages and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, including by selecting "Continue with TikTok," you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required by TikTok or the laws where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. You may not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
3. Dream of Dreams Community
The Dream of Dreams Community currently provides an authenticated dashboard with member profile display and links to Dream of Dreams content. It does not currently provide discussion posts, comments, chat rooms, direct messages, or user-to-user publishing. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features in accordance with these Terms.
4. Sign In with TikTok
The community offers TikTok Login Kit as an optional sign-in method. If you use it:
- you authorize TikTok to provide Dream of Dreams with the basic profile information shown on TikTok's authorization screen;
- you represent that you are authorized to use the TikTok account;
- your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok's applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any regional versions available through the TikTok Legal Center; and
- you understand that TikTok is a third-party service and may change, interrupt, or revoke access to its platform or developer services.
Dream of Dreams is not TikTok, is not endorsed by TikTok, and does not control TikTok's services. TikTok trademarks and platform features belong to their respective owners.
5. Accounts, Sessions, and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TikTok account, device, browser, and community session. You must not share authentication cookies, access tokens, authorization codes, passwords, or other credentials. Notify us through our Contact page if you believe your access has been compromised.
You may log out through the community page. Logging out ends the applicable Dream of Dreams session but does not delete your member record or necessarily disconnect Dream of Dreams in TikTok. Instructions for disconnection and deletion requests are provided in our Privacy Policy. Consult the official TikTok Help Center for TikTok's current account and connected-app controls.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or access an account without authorization;
- probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, bypass security or access controls, forge authentication data, or interfere with operation of the Services;
- use bots, scrapers, automated requests, or other means that impose an unreasonable burden or extract data without written permission;
- introduce malware or transmit code intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use TikTok data obtained through the Services for surveillance, discrimination, advertising profiles, resale, or any purpose prohibited by TikTok's terms or applicable law; or
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content—including the Dream of Dreams universe, characters, plotlines, settings, artwork, branding, text, site design, and the Four Divine Rubies of Virtue—are owned by Lorenzo D. Strother, Dream Of Dreams LLC, or their licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, noncommercial use. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, publicly displayed, or exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
8. Feedback and Communications
If you voluntarily send feedback or suggestions about the Services, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information, which remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services and Official TikTok Resources
The Services may link to TikTok, booksellers, social networks, hosting platforms, and other third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Your dealings with third parties are between you and the applicable third party.

TikTok controls and may update these external resources independently. The version applicable to you may depend on your location, TikTok account, and use of TikTok.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, retention practices, cookies, TikTok disconnection, and how to request deletion of TikTok-connected community data. By using the Services, you acknowledge those practices.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, misused TikTok data, or if suspension is necessary to protect users, Dream of Dreams, TikTok, or others. We may also discontinue all or part of the Services.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and dispute provisions—will survive.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Dream of Dreams disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that third-party services, including TikTok, will remain available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream of Dreams and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct where applicable.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dream of Dreams and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
15. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, TikTok requirements, security practices, or law. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Material changes may receive additional notice where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the Services.
16. General Terms
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the Services unless another written agreement expressly applies.
